Phase I Siteplan

The proposed Talaris Research Institute is situated at the northwest corner of the Laurelhurst site. The slope of the site in this location creates the opportunity to embed the building into the site and knit the beautiful landscape into the building design. The building form respects the site boundaries and building setbacks while avoiding a 72" storm drain that cuts diagonally through the site. The goal of the overall design effort is to ensure that the park-like landscape of the site is maintained and enhanced.
